Floor and Core for Moms & Babies – Level 1

Thursdays, January 14 – February 13, 2020,  10:30am-11:30am 

★Learn how to properly engage your core muscles to incorporate in your regular fitness regime and daily activities. Gain strength and understanding of the pelvic floor, abdominals and back.

★ The class uses principles of rehabilitative Pilates and focus on working on your strength and core from this inside out.

★ Appropriate for all post natal women.

★ Babies welcome

Ball and Core Class for Moms & Babies – Level 2

January 16 to February 13, 2020

★ The Ball and Core class is a fun and unique post natal physiotherapy class involving a variety of exercises performed on a physio ball. Other equipment used may include small weights, foam rollers, resisted bands and mat work.

★ Babies welcome.

★ Ongoing advice will be provided.

This class is level 2. Level 1 is the Floor and Core.
