Core and Pelvic Floor Strengthening
for Pre- and Postnatal Women
★ The Floor and Core class is a combined pre- and post natal class focusing on posture, stability and pelvic floor control.
★ We will use the principles of rehabilitative Pilates and focus on working the core from the inside out.
★ The intention is to learn how to properly engage the core toincorporate these habits into your regular fitness regime.
★ The focus will be on understanding the core through education while gaining strength and control in the abdominals, back and pelvic floor. You will be working at your own level and exercises will be modified as needed. Ongoing advice will be provided for both moms and babies.
★ Babies welcome.
This class is appropriate for all women looking to improve their core and pelvic floor strength.
